WHY CHOOSE US

A clean air duct is your key
to compliance and insurance coverage

Air ducts require different solutions to stay compliant and keep staff healthy

Whether it’s a multi-storey food plaza, a commercial laundry duct, or a food production factory, frequent inspection and cleaning of your air ducts and outlets and coils are essential according to the Australian standards (AS1851-2012 and AS3666-2011).

Our team of experts are equipped with the necessary skills to tailor our services to meet your businesses needs ensuring your HVAC system is running efficiently and safely.

We help stop your air and kitchen ducts from becoming fire hazards or health risks

Air conditioning ducts are prone to contamination with harmful bacteria and mould affecting the quality of air inside the facility. Collective kitchen exhaust ducts in shopping centres accumulate grease and oil, which can become a serious fire hazard if left unclean.

Our regular duct cleaning services can alleviate any stress or any issues you face with keeping your air ducts fire hazard and health risk free.

If you’re ready to leave the air duct cleaning to the experts, contact us today for a no-obligation quote.

FAQ

Find your answer

How often should I clean my HVAC system? -+

The frequency of cleaning depends on the type of facility and the usage of the HVAC system. In general, it is recommended, if not essential for compliance, to have your system inspected and cleaned at least once a year, but some facilities may require more frequent cleaning, such as those with high volume cooking or those involved in food production. Some light or low grease cooking environment restaurants are well suited to being cleaned once per year while we have high volume high grease cooking restaurants that require services every fortnight. Once an initial service is completed, we can monitor the buildup to get the right balance between risk and maintenance cost. Air ducts generally require less cleaning and maintenance but should be periodically inspected and tested to ensure there is no debris and contamination that can impact air quality for facility staff.

What is the cost of your service?-+

The cost of our services varies depending on the size of the facility, the complexity of the system, and the type of services required. We have deep expertise and scale which allows us to offer cost-competitive prices often significantly lower than our competitors. We always ensure transparent pricing to ensure that you get the best value for your investment and no surprises

What certifications and qualifications do your technicians have?-+

We ensure that all our team members hold the necessary safety certifications and qualifications to perform their job safely and efficiently, to ensure your safety and the ongoing longevity of your systems. Our technicians are extensively trained to work on HVAC systems in commercial and industrial facilities and complete work to the necessary standards (ie AS 1851-2012). To ensure a strong safety culture we are CM3 safety certified. We have senior staff members trained and certified with the leading International Air Duct Cleaning body (NADCA). To ensure best practices we are members of IKECA (International Kitchen Exhaust Cleaners Association).

Do you need to inspect to quote? What information do you need?-+

We have deep expertise in kitchen exhaust systems servicing over 1000 sites in Australia. For most standard-sized restaurants we can provide a quote almost immediately after a short discussion or by collecting key information. Generally, we will want to understand the following: number of filters, canopies, fans along with date of last service and whether there is any known system access issues. For significantly larger or more complex sites we will send one of our highly experienced State Managers to inspect your site

Do you provide customized solutions based on the facility’s unique needs? For example, a shopping center
